Caroline Brown Director of winning image solutions
was successfully employed for over 20 years in the corporate world, leading and motivating teams to achieve and exceed goals in service industries, working closely with some of the best known companies. She then set up her own business utilising her skills experience in short term project roles.
Caroline is uniquely positioned as a coach to understand the challenges and dynamics of the corporate workplace.
She completed all her coach training with the world renowned Results Coaching Systems, particular focus on Personal, Executive and Team Coaching. She has been coaching for 6 years.
Her Image training has all been completed with the Europe's leading Image consultancy colour me beautiful.
Caroline is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the of the Federation of Image Consultants.

It is Caroline's ambition to empower people to go from ‘Vision to Reality' guiding them through with encouragement, support and a little guidance. Work Life balance is a key to achieving positive changes, so it's focusing at the whole you not just one aspect. Caroline offers a professional service which ensures discretion and results. It's a creative process which is very positive and fun.
Corporate responsibility
winning image solutions is all about people and giving something to the community is also important, Caroline volunteers her image expertise to charity Look Good...Feel Better, which offers free make-up workshops for women undergoing cancer treatment in over 50 locations across the UK.
